- Sales training and workshops
- Networking and communication coaching
- Public speaking and event hosting

SERVICE DELIVERY

- Services delivered as agreed in individual contracts
- Scheduling subject to availability
- Client responsible for providing accurate information
- We reserve right to refuse service

PAYMENT TERMS

- Payment due as specified in service agreement
- Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly service charge
- All prices subject to change with 30 days notice
- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

- Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability limited to amount paid for services
- Client assumes responsibility for implementation results

CONFIDENTIALITY

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate:
- Service agreements with appropriate notice
- Immediately for breach of terms
