Refund Policy - The Basics 

Effective Date: June 15, 2025

CONSULTATION SERVICES

Business Consultations:
- Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled session
- 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before the session
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Sales Performance Assessment:
- Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before appointment
- No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows

WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING

Networking Skills Workshop:
Communication & Coaching Workshop:
Sales Training:
- Full refund if cancelled 7 days before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before the event
- No refund for cancellations within 72 hours

Role-Playing Sessions:
- Full refund if cancelled 24 hours in advance
- No refund for same-day cancellations

PUBLIC SPEAKING/EVENT HOSTING:
- Refund terms negotiated per contract
- Generally, no refund within 14 days ofthe  event

Refund Process & Exceptions

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you're not satisfied with our service quality:
- Contact us within 7 days of service completion
- We'll work to resolve concerns or provide partial refund
- Refund amount determined case-by-case

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund:
1. Email us with your request and reason
2. Include original payment information
3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing
4. Refunds issued to original payment method

EXCEPTIONS

No refunds for:
- Services already delivered in full
- Cancellations due to client's failure to provide necessary information
- Force majeure events beyond our control
